Joshua 1 verse 9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

In this life, we go through so much on a daily basis…no matter how big or small, we are impacted one way or another.

Through it all, the Lord commands/instructs us to be strong and of good courage. To not be afraid or in distress about our situation, our season, our trial; for He is with us through it all, stands by us, big or small.

He is always with us, His word says it all…He will never leave us, nor forsake us.

So, be of good cheer for the Lord holds you close to His heart and He Loves you dear ❤.

Psalms 23 (ESV)

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Amen

David was a brilliant poet/writer for Christ. Psalms 23, the most well-known Psalm in the bible, the most captivated piece he ever wrote (in my opinion) and the one we teach our kids.

To me, Psalms 23 is a promise…

The Lord is our shepherd, our Provider, the author and finisher of our faith.

We lack nothing, He takes care of all our needs.

He gives us peace.

He restores that which the enemy has stolen.

He is with us even in our darkest hour.

He knows what we need and blesses us abundantly.

His Love, Grace & Mercy is available for us everyday…Freely.

He is with us wherever we go, we must follow His teachings and guidance for our lives daily.

We are Blessed.

Psalms 100 verse 2 (AMP)

Serve the Lord with gladness and delight. Come before His presence with joyful singing.

No matter the struggle, the pain, the bitterness; while tears are streaming down your face…

Praise the Lord!!!

For He is worthy to be praised, because in the midst of the storm, while praising, your breakthrough is coming.

Praise the hurt away.

This is the day.

Colossians 3 verse 13 (NLT)

Make allowance for each other’s faults and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.

I want to encourage you to get rid of all anger, hostility and resentment in your heart. Do not allow the devil to keep you captive by these chains. He will stop @ nothing to keep you bound and from the Glory of God.

Forgive – Forgive those who has hurt you mentally, physically, emotionally; set yourself free.

Ask for God’s wisdom & grace to lead you into this. Once you have overcome this obstacle, it will make you a new person…Forgiven & Free.

Dear Lord,

We come before Your throne, seeking your counsel in forgiveness. For so long we have harbored unforgiveness in our hearts, but today Lord we want to be set free from this bondage. Break this chain of unforgiveness which is keeping us bound, lead us and teach us to be free…we pray in Jesus name, Amen.

Psalms 24 verse 1- 2 (NLT)

The earth is the Lord’s and everything in it. The world and its entire people belong to Him. For He laid the earth’s foundation on the seas and built it on the ocean depths.

What a beautiful verse, what a reassuring verse…we belong to God; black, white, pink or brown…the land we live on, the mountains we climb, the roads we travel on; everything!!!

So why treat it with such disrespect?

Let’s change the way we live, the way we treat each other, the way we take care of our loved ones and those God entrusted us with. We belong to God, so we should be good stewards of Christ. Make that change today and ask God to lead you.

He is willing, waiting and wanting.

Shalom
